Ryan Ninete

A proven creative leader, I am looking for a position that will allow me to inform decisions impacting creative solutions for the digital world.

Working on site redesigns, micro sites, and campaigns that leverage mobile devices and social media has recently seen an uptick in my personal professional career and has me even more excited about the future and bringing marketing ideas to life. I am looking for the next stop along my path that will allow me to share and gain knowledge, with a team of creatives, ultimately leading me towards a creative management role.

The creative brief required a site be built that was responsive and provided the capability for non-technical users to update content.

After a discussion with the IT staff, the decision was to move forward with Wordpress.

Responsible for:
Theme, site design with "Responsive" theme, maintenance and email support.

HDR 2017 Strategic Plan

The discussion regarding the printed version of the Strategic Plan was in progress prior to my hiring in May 2012. When I arrived, the decision was to push for an online version that would allow for video, discussion boards, and regular updates through the five-year life of the site.

The company uses SharePoint 2010 and decided this enterprise solution would be best to house this site.

Responsible for:
Theme development as a team of 3 designers, creating static html version of the site for SharePoint 2010 developer, including css and jquery reliant functioniality (carousels, accordions, etc,.).

Three-month from conception to launch

HDR 2017 Strategic Plan



HDR 2012 Annual Report

The go-live date for the Annual Report site was the same as the 2017 Strategic Plan. The same team of designers and developers were responsible for both. After some discussion, we received Executive approval to move forward with a design similar to the 2017 Strategic Plan.

This site, unlike the others was built with static HTML, CSS, and JQuery.

Responsible for:
Theme, site design with "Responsive" theme, maintenance and email support.
